MPPT
MPPT solar controllers and regulators extract more power from your panels than a basic PWM unit, delivering more efficient charging to your battery. They suit camping, caravans, motorhomes, boats and off-grid setups. Our range covers 12V and 24V systems.

MPPT or PWM Solar Controller?
An MPPT solar controller (also called an MPPT regulator) converts surplus panel voltage into additional charging current, helping you make better use of the available solar power. It’s often the better choice when using higher-voltage panels to charge a lower-voltage battery, such as 24V panels charging a 12V battery, or for larger solar arrays where maximising energy harvest matters.
For a small solar panel charging a 12V battery, a PWM solar controller may be the more economical option, as long as the panel’s voltage and current ratings match the controller.
