Newly designed Curtech Quick Connect Regulator is designed with PWM (Pulse Width Modulated) technology and Anderson plug compatibility for quick connection.
Unlike most PWM solar controllers, Curtech Quick Connect Solar Charge Controllers have a negative grounding design which makes this regulator compatible with other charge devices such as a 240V battery charger or DC to DC charger.
The regulator is 100% solid state.
Suitable for 12V solar systems and multiple types of 12V batteries.
Battery types this regulator can charge:
- Crystal battery, Lead acid Flooded (WET), AGM, GEL, and Calcium battery
- Lithium ion battery type, targeted for 3-SERIES Li-ion battery (see manual for more information)
- Lithium Iron Phosphate, LiFePO4 (LFP) battery
- Lithium titanite oxidized battery, Li4Ti5O12 (LTO) battery
Built in high efficiency smart regulator to prevent your battery from being overcharged and undercharged, optimise the battery performance, permanent connection to keep your battery fully charged.
Coloured LEDs to easily indicate the charging status and battery conditions.
Big Digital LCD to directly display battery voltage, charging current, charging capacity (Amp hour), battery types, charging percentage, battery temperature and fault codes.
Water-resistant design, suitable for indoor or outdoor use, surface Mount or flush panel mount options.

I needed to replace the controller on my portable solar panels as it was the cheapy that came with it and malfunctioned.
After researching controllers and type, and a lengthy helpful talk with Solar camping Australia, who explained the differences in controllers and helped with what I needed, I decided to go with the Curtech 0A 12V LCD Quick Connect Solar Charge Controller.
I have been using it now for about a month and overall no problems. I had a discrepancy between the controller and Projecta power Hub which after a phone call to the guys were able to work out what was going on and help me understand what was happening. The box is too big to mount on my panels so have mounted onto power hub.
I do recommend this business as I have found them to be honest and very helpful. Will shop again in future when need new panels.
